Job Description Proactively supports Supply Chain’s overall strategic plan by analyzing data and producing information that will optimize processes and assist in the information flow through multiple value streams in the organization. Designs, develops, tests, documents, and implements decision support tools and process automation applications and provides functional support for these tools. Assist in process improvement initiatives for supply chain technology. Experience 1 year of experience in technology management, process improvement, and/or analytics development Preferred Qualifications N/A Education Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field or equivalent technical training and work experience Certification Summary No professional certifications required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven background in extracting and analyzing data from a variety of information systems with maximum accuracy, competency, and thoroughness Experience with database management and analytics tools such as SQL, Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau Technology savvy, including familiarity with industry trends, with the proven ability to learn new technologies quickly Experience with a programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, SQL VBA, Java) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Experience implementing and/or utilizing supply chain solutions and enterprise resource planning applications Strong organizational skills, including ability to lead, manage, and prioritize multiple projects with minimal supervision while meeting required timelines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaborative, positive working relationships with customers, peers, and senior management Job Responsibilities Designs, develops, and implements process automation solutions and decision support tools to efficiently solve complex problems and meet ever-changing business requirements. Leads project activities, develops and coordinates plans and project roadmaps, and works cross-functionally with customer business leaders to examine issues, identify opportunities, and design and implement intuitive solutions. Identifies and resolves defects and optimizes system implementations, implements controls to ensure business process and data validity, updates technical documentation, and provides training to support team members on supply chain technology as necessary. Extracts data and effectively presents information using complex reporting tools to support all facets of Supply Chain's performance. Acts as the technical expert for systems within the supply chain department and coordinates improvements and updates with other departments throughout the hospital system.
