Job Summary
A Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They act as the liaison between the company and its customers, promoting products or services to meet customer needs and drive business growth.

- Responsible Area: Washington,DC
- Salary: Paid training, Base salary of $60,000$ to $100,000 a year plus commission.
- Experience: Related Cabinetry sales experience is preferred (Driving skill is required)
Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate the company’s products or services to prospective customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each customer.
- Conduct product demonstrations, answer customer questions, and provide detailed information to help close sales.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sale to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and insights on market trends, competitor products, and customer demands.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven Minimum 1 year experience in cabinetry sales or kitchen design experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
