Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator and Administrator to support our Transmission department. In this role, you will support the Project Management Team, ensuring efficient coordination and timely completion of projects. Responsibilities include performing various administrative duties, utilizing several key applications to ensure smooth operations, collaborating on problem-solving, coordinating with external schedulers, and communicating effectively through various channels. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles and demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties to support the Transmission department.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and organize events as needed.
- Maintain and update records and documents in various applications.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team and with other departments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Applications and Tools:
- UKG: Manage timekeeping, payroll, and HR-related tasks.
- Sum Total: Utilize the learning management system for training and development tracking.
- Workday: Assist with HR functions such as employee data management and reporting.
- SAP: Support financial, procurement, and logistical operations.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in using UKG, Sum Total, Workday, and SAP.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Work Hours: This position will require you to be available during core business hours.
Work Location(s) & Travel Requirements: This position is Hybrid work model (work from home and in office) and will require travel monthly to our client offices.
