Route & Freight Overview
- Preloaded dry van routes originating in Ogden, UT, with deliveries to Columbia City, IN; Memphis, TN; and Laredo, TX, and consistent return loads to Ogden, UT.
- 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight with ready loads and minimal wait time.
- Average distance: approximately 6,000 miles per week.
Compensation & Benefits
- Average earnings: drivers with 1 years of experience typically earn $2,300 per week.
- Mileage pay: $0.30 to $0.56 per mile, based on verifiable experience.

- Available to both true teams and solo drivers; solo drivers will be matched with compatible partners to maintain scheduling consistency.
- Team applicants: both drivers must reside within a 50-mile radius of one another to support home time scheduling.
Primary Responsibilities
- Safely operate assigned tractor‑trailer over long‑haul dedicated routes in compliance with DOT, state, and company regulations.
- Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries while adhering to on‑time performance expectations.
- Comply with required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and document vehicle condition as required.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and required shipping documentation.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and operations staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A).
