We are currently hiring experienced CDL-A drivers based in the West Memphis, Arkansas area for a specialized fleet dedicated to transporting ATVs from a renowned manufacturer to their authorized dealerships. This position is an excellent opportunity for skilled drivers seeking structured freight routes, strong mileage, newer equipment, and a comprehensive compensation package.
Compensation
- Weekly average earnings: $1,730–$1,923
- Annual average earnings: $90,000–$100,000
- 2,400–2,500 miles per week
- Top drivers average 12,000 miles per month
- Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 total
Load Profile
- All loads are round trip
- Pickup is by appointment
- Most drivers complete approximately 2 loads per week
- Loads generally include 2–4 total stops
- Loads typically carry 8 units
Additional Pay
- Stop pay: $75 per stop
- Ranger pay: $75 per load
- Securement pay: $12 per unit
Equipment
Our fleet consists of automatic Volvos, Freightliners, Internationals, and Kenworths, all 3 years old or newer. Every truck is equipped with an APU and inverter for driver comfort during extended hauls.

Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
