Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience to join a regional fleet based in South Bend, IN. With consistent freight and mileage, our routes offer regular weekly home time, a competitive weekly paycheck, and a full benefits package from day one.
Pay:

Paid training:
- Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction
Schedule and equipment:
- Regional routes based out of South Bend with regular weekly home time
- Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook
- Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors
Minimum qualifications:
- Valid CDL‑A
- Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required
- Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices
- Able to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test
