Duties

• Lead the end-to-end hospital revenue cycle management, ensuring timely and accurate billing, coding, and collections.
• Oversee team management by supervising billing specialists, coding staff, and collections personnel to foster a high-performing environment.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid and Medicare regulations by staying current on policy updates and implementing necessary procedural adjustments.
• Manage insurance third-party billing processes to maximize reimbursements while minimizing denials and delays.
• Oversee electronic health records (EHR) management to guarantee accurate documentation that supports billing accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement policies to improve revenue cycle efficiency, reduce accounts receivable days, and enhance cash flow.
• Collaborate with clinical departments to ensure proper documentation practices that support billing requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle performance, providing regular reports for executive review.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospital revenue cycle management with a strong understanding of health insurance processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare regulations is essential for compliance oversight.

Pay: $51,749.86 - $62,322.41 per year
