Salary: $17 - $20 an hour

Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree required; Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
US work authorization (Required).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users; excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills.
Must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time and priorities effectively.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and general troubleshooting principles.
Ability to lift and move computer equipment (up to 50 pounds) and work in a variety of environments including office, shop, and hangar settings.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Job Description
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding users, including workstation setup and account provisioning.
Respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, escalating when appropriate.
Support IT inventory tracking and equipment maintenance.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure accurate documentation of IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure system uptime and smooth operations.
Participate in IT projects, training, and other duties as assigned.
Schedule
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
Occasional weekend or after-hours support may be required
Includes a 1-hour lunch break
Experience
0–2 years of relevant experience preferred but not required
CompTIA A , Network , or similar certifications a plus (but not required)
