As a Service Plumber, you’ll be a vital part of our frontline team, providing expert plumbing services to residential and commercial clients. You’ll be expected to:
- Communicate effectively with dispatch for smooth scheduling and job flow.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues with professionalism and precision.
- Provide exceptional service to our customers, including responding to emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of company vehicle and equipment.
- Uphold the company’s standards and represent our values in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience (required).
- Valid Driver’s License (required).
- Current Plumbing Apprentice License (w/2000 hours ) or Plumbing License (preferred).
- Proven ability to generate $35,000 in monthly revenue (training and support provided).
- Strong work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work occasional weekends.
Schedule
- 10-hour shifts
- Monday through Friday
- On-call rotation
