Service Plumber
1-Tom-Plumber Pittsburgh has been rapidly growing over the past 2 years and now at the point where we are turning jobs away! We just purchased 4 new trucks and equipment to stock them with, so we need to hire 4 additional Plumbers to our crew! We are seeking customer service oriented team members, who appreciate a family atmosphere, ACCURATE PAY, ACCURATE BONUSES, GUARANTEED 40 HOURS PER WEEK and a positive culture that allows you to be "you."

We are looking for an experienced Service Plumber with a minimum of 5 years of service plumbing experience. Competitive guaranteed base compensation will vary depending on experience. MONTHLY ACCURATE BONUSES as you are able to track your revenue in real time.
Qualifications
- When given state of the art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $45,000 in revenue per month while performing excellent work.
- Valid Driver License with clean driving record.
- Pass a background check.
- Able to perform daily responsibilities listed below.
Responsibilities
- Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle.
- Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies.
- Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites.
- Communicate effectively with customers to represent the 1-Tom Plumber image with pride.
- Most importantly, be the team member everyone wants to work with! Positive attitude required.
Compensation
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Monthly Bonus opportunity based on Revenue and Key Performance Indicators
