1 Tom Plumber is searching for a self-motivated Service Plumber to join our team of specialists. Must provide excellent customer service and deliver exceptional quality work. Essential Functions:
· Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
· Perform installation of plumbing systems at newly renovated properties
· Inspect previously installed systems and perform any necessary repairs
· Communicate effectively with customers to represent the 1 Tom Plumber image with pride
· Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep as needed
· Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites
· Properly clean and maintain company provided equipment and vehicle

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am–5:00pm working from our Smyrna location. Plumbers are also tasked with a rotating on-call shift. Total compensation between $80,000-$140,000 depending upon experience. NO CAP BONUS PLAN- Top plumbers are making over $140,000.00 total compensation per year.

Service Plumber Description:
1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing start-up that provides services to both commercial and residential properties.
The Plumber/Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the territory.
We are looking for a service plumber of any experience level. However, compensation will vary depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- When given state-of-the-art equipment, able to consistently generate a minimum of $25,000 in revenue and perform excellent work.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistent communication with dispatch

- Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle
- Participate in on-call rotation and rapidly respond to customer’s plumbing emergencies

Requirements:
