Qualifications
- Plumbing service experience preferred
- Ability to consistently generate revenue while performing excellent-quality work
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in small or confined spaces
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform high-quality repairs
- Properly communicate repair options and recommendations to customers
- Properly clean and maintain equipment and company vehicle
- Complete required job documentation and paperwork
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond quickly to customers experiencing plumbing emergencies
- Follow company procedures and maintain a professional appearance
- Most importantly, be the team member everyone wants to work with!
Commission-Based Compensation
- Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential
- Your income is directly tied to your production and performance
- Experienced, high-producing technicians have the opportunity to earn $60,000–$130,000 annually
- Compensation will vary based on experience, production, and performance
