Position: In-Home Plumbing Sales Technician – 1 Tom Plumber
What You’ll Do
- Run in-home service calls and installations—where your skills actually matter.
- Diagnose plumbing issues (from simple leaks to complex problems) and present clear, honest, educational solutions.
- Build trust with homeowners—no high-pressure nonsense, just real conversations about real fixes.
- Work with club members and help new customers understand how our maintenance plans protect their homes.
- Mentor apprentices—because the best plumbers don’t hoard knowledge; they elevate the team.
- Keep your truck clean and organized—your vehicle is the billboard.
- Partner with dispatch and customer service to create smooth, professional experiences every time.

What We’re Looking For
- 2 years residential plumbing experience
- Someone who can explain a slab leak without talking down to a homeowner
- Strong communication, honesty, and pride in your work
- Valid driver’s license clean record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- High school diploma or GED preferred
