1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing plumbing and emergency service company specializing in drain cleaning, sewer repair, and commercial plumbing services.
We’re looking for a driven outside sales professional to establish a new territory.
If you’re a hunter who thrives on cold calling, building relationships, and closing deals, this is a high-income opportunity in a recession-resistant industry.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate new business (heavy cold calling in-person visits)
- Target commercial clients: property managers, facilities, restaurants, HOAs, etc.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Close new accounts and grow long-term relationships
- Secure recurring service agreements
- Attend networking events and generate referrals
- Track activity and opportunities in CRM

What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven success with prospecting and closing new business
- Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face selling

- Experience with CRM tools
- Excellent time management and organization
Compensation
- Base commission.
