Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain pristine home environments
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded
- Clean floors thoroughly through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to enhance the appearance and safety of living spaces
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items with care and efficiency
- Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely while adhering to proper handling protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces including countertops, appliances, bathrooms, and outdoor areas as required
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment operation, carpet cleaning methods, and floor care techniques
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, sanitation standards, and proper handling of cleaning supplies
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work environments when necessary
- Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience in outdoor work or commercial cleaning environments is a plus but not required
