Position: Agent Advisor
Location: Johnson City, TN
Reports to: CEO
Position Summary:
-Ability to initiate, develop and maintain relationships with individual agents and agencies to contract and sell all products and services we provide.
-Provide support and follow-up to existing and prospective agents/agencies over the phone, email, text message or any other social platform.
-Ability to make outbound calls and communications to prospective agents/agencies either who have responded to an advertisement or cold call.
-Ability to research, find answers and follow-up with questions that come from agents/agencies.
-Attend trainings, events and webinars as needed.
-A limited amount of travel may be required within a reasonable driving distance of the office to visit with prospective and existing agent/agency relationships.
Requirements:
- Superior relationship building and business development skills
- Previous sales, customer service and/or management experience required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other related applications.
- Must possess a positive attitude, great work ethic, and strong work-life balance.
- Must be a team player.
- Must have the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Insurance licensed is plus but not mandatory. (must be willing to obtain)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
