Managerial Accounting 

Supervisory Duties includes oversight and support (as needed with the Accounting Manager) of the following:

Time Sheet Management – ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of employee timesheet submission for all employees.

Payroll – New Hire Setup by the accounting team in coordination with Human Resources, processing of employee pay, and Posting Payroll Reports.

Cash Management – Balance accounts daily, Issue/approve wire transfers, manage cash flow and forecasting

Accounts Receivables – Cash Receipts, Draft Invoices, Monthly Invoices, Collections

Administrative – Semi-Monthly funding to 401(k) and H.S.A

Project Setup/Funding – New project set up, Contract/Funding modification maintenance. 

Financial Planning and Reporting

Cash Flow Management and Forecasting

Journal Entries for Trial Balance and Financial Statement Preparations

Production of monthly financial statements

Bank Funding and Borrowing

Quarterly compliance with financial reporting for Federal, State, and Local agencies

Tax Planning and Coordination with outside Auditor

Business Development support for pricing

Financial Statements – Financial statement preparation, forecasting, budgeting

7-12 Years of Accounting and Financial Management support including government contracting

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. 

CPA 

Strong attention to detail

Solid Experience with Unanet and Paylocity.
