Our client, a leader in high-tech cleanroom construction and semiconductor facility operations, is seeking a Cleanroom PCAR/Aragon System Coordinator to support cleanroom activity coordination, process control, and system data management. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance, organization, and operational efficiency across cleanroom environments and associated construction or maintenance activities.
Position OverviewThe Cleanroom PCAR/Aragon System Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining PCAR (Process Change Authorization Request) and Aragon systems that control cleanroom access, activity scheduling, and workflow documentation. This role bridges construction, engineering, and operations teams to ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with cleanroom standards.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage PCAR and Aragon system entries, including job requests, approvals, activity tracking, and close-out documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cleanroom access coordination, tool moves, and construction activity scheduling.
- Review, route, and track Process Change Authorization Requests for accuracy and compliance with site procedures.
- Ensure all activities within the cleanroom meet contamination control, safety, and operational protocols.
- Support project teams in planning and executing tool installations, maintenance, and modifications through Aragon and PCAR workflows.
- Communicate with stakeholders (Construction Management, Facilities, Safety, Manufacturing) to resolve conflicts and maintain work continuity.
- Maintain documentation and generate daily/weekly reports on active and pending PCAR/Aragon requests.
- Provide training and support to new users of the PCAR and Aragon systems as needed.
- Assist with cleanroom readiness, gowning procedures, and certification turnover coordination as required.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience- 3 years of experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech construction environments.
- Working knowledge of PCAR and/or Aragon systems (or similar construction management / work authorization platforms).
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and safety procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database or workflow management tools.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, work packages, and tool installation documentation (preferred).
