The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician in a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills across various equipment types.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to train and mentor junior technicians effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Ability to plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and service calls.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety standards and compliance.
