We are seeking an experienced Training Developer to build engaging agent and supervisor training content for new CCaaS platforms.
The role focuses on Epiplex simulations, job aids, guided workflows, and practical learning content aligned with contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Epiplex simulations and guided workflows
Create job aids, quick reference guides, and training content
Translate CCaaS functionality into clear, user-friendly learning materials
Partner with SMEs to validate and refine content
Support rapid content updates aligned with platform changes
Required Skills & Experience
Experience developing training content for contact center environments
Strong instructional design and job aid development skills
Ability to simplify complex systems into actionable steps
Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently
