Required:
- Hands-on exposure to the organization''s IT infrastructure and EUC (End-User Computing) environment.
- Working with core technologies such as Windows Server, AD (Active Directory), DNS, DHCP, GPOs, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud services like Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), and AWS.
- L1/L2 support for HW/SW issues, network connectivity, VPN access, authentication problems, and endpoint/device management, along with user onboarding/off-boarding through IAM workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with vendors/MSPs for incident escalation, SLA coordination, patching cycles, licensing, and infrastructure support using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Evaluating new tools and solutions with a focus on security, scalability, performance, and TCO, including exposure to BOM reviews, licensing assessments, and PoC activities as part of ongoing operational needs.
- Supporting security and operational stability initiatives such as endpoint protection (AV/EDR), vulnerability patching, backup verification, DR/BCP readiness, RBAC-based access control, and incident response activities as required.
- Maintaining and contributing to SOPs, KB articles, and technical documentation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen system reliability, improve MTTR, and enhance overall IT service delivery.
