Bilingual Behavior Therapist (English/Spanish) – Level 2 EIDBI Provider

We are currently seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Level 2 EIDBI Provider (Behavior Therapist) to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference while helping bridge communication with Spanish-speaking children and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy services to children and young adults (ages 18 months to 21 years) following EIDBI standards.
- Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients and families.
- Build positive, engaging relationships with clients and caregivers.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a clinical supervisor.
- Collect accurate data and complete session documentation.
- Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to support client goals.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Must be eligible as a Level 2 EIDBI Provider.
- Experience working with children or individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written treatment plans and document sessions accurately.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or special education.
- Experience working with bilingual or multicultural families.

Pay and Hours
- Pay: $23.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
- Hours: 20–40 hours per week.
