Job Description
A great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is looking for an experienced, hard-working Director of Rehabilitation / Director of Rehab / DOR to join their growing team in Oxnard, CA.
The Director of Rehabilitation / Director of Rehab / DOR serves as a resource to the multi-disciplinary therapy staff and collaborates with patients and families to implement rehabilitation plans.
Jobs description:
- Full-time in a skilled nursing facility
- Provide skilled therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Oversees the performance of the physical therapy staff. Ensures the physical therapy division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures.
- Directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of physical therapy programs to patients.
Qualifications

TO MANAGE SKILLED NURSING FACILITY
REQUIRED TO BE A PHYSICAL THERAPIST BUT WOULD PREFER A PT WITH MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
