What your days look like:
You're on the road, in homes, building trust with patients and families during one of life's most vulnerable chapters. You're the clinical expert and the calm, steady presence families lean on — managing symptoms, coordinating care, and making sure no one walks this journey without support. You'll work alongside physicians, social workers, and hospice aides who treat each other like a real team, not just coworkers.
What we're looking for:
- Current RN license- 1 year experience
- Hospice or palliative care experience a plus — cardiac background especially welcome
- A clinician who can think independently, make confident decisions, and bring genuine warmth to tough conversations
