We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Technician to join our 1 Corp Family. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating embroidery machines to ensure high-quality production standards. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless creation of custom embroidered products, supporting our commitment to excellence and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered designs on various garments and textiles.
- Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting on embroidery equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect/Trim finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet goals.
- Assist in setting up embroidery designs, calibrating machines for different fabric types, and changing out thread colors or needles as needed.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- This job is fast paced & requires employees to be on their feet and active the full duration of the shift- wear your sneakers!
Experience
- Experience is a plus but not mandatory. On the job training will be provided!
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
