The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of managing a successful high-volume import showroom and leading a talented sales team. This individual will become proficient in driving an efficient omnichannel customer experience through our all-new, cutting-edge EXPRESSWAY sales process, and will have a thorough understanding of digital commerce and supporting technologies. Additionally, a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer care is critical in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and implement customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty strategies
- Manage sales department profitably
- Manage relationships with internal departments and external resources
- Prepare for and conduct departmental meetings to convey information
- Set the vision and philosophy for departmental operations to foster and support dealership customer satisfaction objectives
- Manage new and used vehicle inventory
- Maintain internal control over inventory to prevent theft, vandalism, and lot damage
- Maintain a professional working relationship with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers
- Contribute to a cohesive dealership team atmosphere, working toward identified dealership goals
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dealership sales management experience required
- Must be interested in training/mentoring additional sales professionals and encouraging a strong, inclusive team culture
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Tech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiries
