Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, dependable, and highly organized Transportation Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our transportation company across four locations. This position plays a critical role in coordinating dispatch operations, supporting day-to-day field activities, and assisting with administrative functions to ensure efficient operations company-wide.

Duties
- Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch operations across multiple company locations
- Communicate effectively with drivers, staff, and customers regarding schedules, trip updates, and operational needs
- Monitor transportation activity to ensure timely and efficient service
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate operational records
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support, including reporting, scheduling, filing, and documentation management
- Utilize Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive, to manage daily operations
- Assist management with operational projects, problem resolution, and general support tasks
- Support additional transportation or operational assignments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability in all aspects of the position
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in dispatching, transportation operations, logistics, or administrative support preferred not required
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficiency with Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to professionalism
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
