The Opportunity: We are seeking a results-driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team in our brand new Scottsdale office. As a foundational member of our new office, you'll play a critical role in establishing our presence in this new market, helping to shape our local culture and success. This is a unique opportunity to build your career with a fast-growing company, serving as a trusted advisor to small business owners and helping them navigate the complexities of accounting and tax planning.

What You'll Do

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified inbound leads and prospects.

• Conduct thorough needs assessments with business owners via phone and video calls to understand their unique financial challenges.

• Leverage your expertise to recommend and present our comprehensive accounting and tax solutions.

• Educate clients on the value of professional financial services, using a consultative approach to address their concerns and build lasting trust.

• Collaborate with your on-site team and leadership to achieve sales goals and contribute to the growth of our new office.

Who You Are

• A minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Driven by a desire to be a part of a new, growing team and contribute to building a company culture from the ground up.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and articulate complex information clearly and professionally.

• A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.

• Collaborative and receptive to coaching, with a continuous improvement mindset.

The Details

• Work Location: This is a full-time, in-office position at our new location in Scottsdale, Arizona.

• Standard Operating Hours: 9:30am-6:30pm MST.

• Employment Type: Full-time, non-exempt.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation:

  • Start at $20/hour PLUS uncapped commission during training, then switch to a forgivable draw with higher uncapped commission potential after training

  • Commission: Uncapped commission structure with a clear and transparent plan, providing significant upside potential for top performers.

  • Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE): The average OTE for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000, with top performers exceeding this range.
