Position Summary:
Our Cleaning Technicians play a crucial role in restoring homes and businesses after fire, smoke, and other disasters. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results with compassion and professionalism. This can be an entry level position with competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and deodorize structures and contents affected by fire, smoke, and other damage
- Handle contents pack-out and inventory with care and precision
- Use specialized cleaning agents and equipment according to training and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Interact professionally and compassionately with customers during challenging times
- Follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move items up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working in environments affected by fire, soot, and smoke
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Prior experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is a plus, but not required
- IICRC certification preferred, but we will train the right candidate
