What You’ll Do

• Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services
• Set up drying equipment, monitor jobs, and document progress
• Handle demolition, cleanup, and job site prep
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers
• Follow established processes to ensure quality and consistency
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of mitigation, restoration, construction, or similar hands-on experience
• Basic understanding of drying principles, equipment, and job flow
• Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up ready to work
• Ability to handle physically demanding work
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  
  
  

Bonus if you have:

• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.)
• Experience with moisture mapping and documentation
