Our team specializes in restoring clothing, bedding, and household textiles following fire, water, and mold losses. Every relationship you build helps connect families with a service that restores some of their most cherished belongings.

In combination, we are looking for someine to help futher build out our delivery service our dry cleaning and laundry business. This includes wash, dry and fold service

Who Will Be Successful

What You'll Do

· Develop and grow relationships with restoration contractors, insurance adjusters, property managers, plumbers, mitigation companies, and other referral partners.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, email campaigns, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community involvement.

· Become a trusted resource for referral partners by providing outstanding communication and service.

· Maintain regular sales calls and follow-up with existing accounts while expanding into new markets.

· Represent 1-800-Textiles professionally at networking events and industry meetings.

· Utilize CRM software to manage activities, opportunities, and customer relationships.

· Work closely with operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

· Meet and exceed territory growth goals while protecting and enhancing the company's reputation.

· Develp network of delivery customers for our dry cleaning and laundry services where core responsibilities will be route driving & logistics: Follow daily assigned maps and schedules to pick up dirty clothes and drop off clean items at homes or offices.

• Customer Service: Greet clients politely, answer questions about orders, and handle special requests or feedback.
• Order Management: Tag, sort, and log garments accurately using barcodes or paper invoices to prevent lost items.
• Payment & Records: Collect payments, process receipts, and keep daily logs of delivered and picked-up orders.

Preferred Qualifications

· Outside sales, account management, or business development experience.

· Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, medical sales, staffing, payroll, uniform services, or other B2B sales is a plus.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.

· Experience using CRM software is a plus.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required).

Our team works alongside restoration contractors and insurance professionals to inventory, clean, store, and return clothing and household textiles with compassion, professionalism, and industry-leading technology.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
