- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Obtain permits from cities, townships, and state agencies for residential home improvement projects
- Communicate with municipalities to understand permitting requirements and submit permit applications
- Maintain accurate customer records and detailed notes within company systems
- Track permit status and ensure all follow-up items are completed on time
- Update municipal contact information to maintain accurate records
- Partner with internal departments to keep installations on schedule
- Participate in process improvements, documentation, training, and special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of professional work experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM systems, and other computer applications
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Basic math skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with municipalities or permit offices
- Experience in the home improvement, construction, or remodeling industry is a plus.
