Truck Team Member – Driver (General Labor with Customer Service)

HIRING IMMEDIATELY for Full-Time & Flexible shifts. We operate Monday-Sunday. 

• We start our shifts every day at 730 am or 1 pm
• Shifts are typically 8-12 hrs.
• Full time - work 4 days and have 3 days off or work 5 days and have two days off
• Saturdays/Sundays Required

BASE PAY is : $16.90 an hour

***AVERAGE PAY OF $16.90/hr - $20.00/hr (average pay is all-in with base pay and working OVERTIME AND Double Time)***

• Cash tips paid out daily. Credit Card and Check tips paid out Bi-Weekly.
• Opportunity for pay increase yearly with performance reviews.

About the position: 

•  You’ll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day
• You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our Donating, Waste Management and Recycling management facilities

Qualifications:

• 21 years of age to drive (for insurance purposes)
• A valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude!
• Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience an asset (but not required)
• Able to lift 50lbs-75lbs repeatedly
