💵 What We Offer:

Flexible Scheduling:

• We operate 7 days a week

• All team members must be available for at least one weekend day

• Full-time: 4 shifts/week (8–12 hours per shift)

Pay Structure:

• Average earnings: $18–$20 /hr (hourly rate cash tips bonuses)

• Performance Bonus (Profit Share): Earn a percentage of the revenue from jobs you complete—your effort = your reward!

🚚 A Day in the Life:

• Start the day with a vehicle inspection & morning huddle

• Head out in teams of two in our shiny blue trucks

• Visit customers’ homes & businesses, removing unwanted items and leaving smiles behind

• Provide on-site quotes and finalize pricing (don’t worry, we train you!)

• Sort and dispose responsibly — we recycle and donate wherever possible

• Stay connected with dispatch throughout your route

• End each day knowing you helped your community and got a great workout doing it!

✅ What You Bring:

• 21 years old (required for insurance)

• Valid driver’s license (no CDL needed)

• Clean driving record (past 5 years – we’ll check!)

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

• Strong, friendly attitude and reliable work ethic

• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs repeatedly

• Bonus: Experience in sales, customer service, or labour-intensive roles
