Your Role:

• Kick off each shift at our East Brunswick office, where you’ll team up with fellow drivers and tackle your service routes for the day.

• Drive our iconic blue trucks to visit customers, providing top-notch junk removal services that leave them smiling.

• Use your sales skills to enhance the customer experience and help us achieve our sales and KPI goals.

• Responsibly dispose of items through our recycling, donation, and waste management channels.

• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.

Who We're Looking For:

• Age: Must be 21 (for insurance purposes).

• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 3 years).

• Attitude: Positive, friendly demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Metrics: Comfortable with KPI metrics and revenue sales goals.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
