Role Description
The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Little Rock, AR. This position includes overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and maintaining high customer service standards. Responsibilities include managing team performance, scheduling and logistics, fostering a positive work environment, overseeing service quality, managing job safety, and driving operational efficiency.
