What You’ll Do
- Work hands-on with a teammate in one of our clean, shiny blue trucks
- Visit homes and businesses across St. Louis to remove unwanted items and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Learn every part of our operation — routing, estimating, logistics, and customer service
- Stay active, build strength, and see your results in real time
- Take pride in being part of a tight-knit, fast-moving team that celebrates wins together
All-In Pay: $20 – $34 per hour
- Profit Share: Top performers earn up to $375/week in profit-share bonuses
- Tips: Top performers consistently earn $200 in tips each week
- Incentives: Extra bonuses for reviews and customer-service excellence
- Flexible Schedule: 4 shifts per week (8–12 hours each)

Who You Are
- 23 years old (required for commercial insurance)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Positive communicator and team player
- Physically able to lift 75 lbs repeatedly
- Motivated by growth, challenge, and teamwork
