The Core Position (About the Role):

As a Truck Team Member, you’ll be integral to delivering an exceptional customer experience while performing physical, hands-on tasks. From quick junk removal to focused recycling and donations, you’ll be making a difference for people in your local area. Furthermore, you'll engage in sales activities that drive revenue and create lasting relationships with customers.

What Your Day Includes (What You’ll Do):

• Junk Removal: Lift, carry, and load a variety of items safely and efficiently into the truck.

• Sorting and Recycling: Identify items for recycling, donation, or proper disposal.

• Site Clean-Up: Ensure the job site is spotless after each removal, leaving customers impressed.

• Friendly Interactions: Greet customers warmly, explain our services, and answer their questions.

• Problem Solving: Offer solutions tailored to customers’ unique junk removal needs.

• Upsell Services: Identify and recommend additional services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.

• On-Site Sales: Provide cost estimates and explain pricing in a way that builds trust and confidence with customers.

• Promote Services: Highlight the benefits of our services and encourage add-ons where applicable.

• Close Deals: Build rapport to secure repeat business and referrals, contributing to the company’s growth.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammate(s) to plan, execute, and complete jobs efficiently.

• Maintain Communication: Maintain open communication with the team and management to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Profile (What We’re Looking For):

• Physical Fitness: Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) safely.

• Customer Focus: A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding service.

• Sales-Oriented Mindset: Confidence in discussing pricing and identifying customer needs to promote additional services.

• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to thrive in a small team environment.

• Driver's License: Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license (3 years clean driving record for insurance purposes).

• Dependability: Punctuality and reliability are essential to success in this role.
