Position: Customer Experience Leader (Operations In-Training)

What You'll Do:
- Deliver Exceptional Service: WOW our customers with your positive attitude and outstanding service.
- Drive and Load Trucks Safely: Lead, train, and motivate a team of drivers and crew members on client sites to ensure efficient and safe truck operations.
- Handle Junk Removal: Perform both heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
- Manage Efficiency: Manage daily operations, monitor and improve operational performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Represent Our Brand: Collaborate with marketing to drive local outreach and customer acquisition.
- Development: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Requirements
- 1 years in Logistics, KPI's, Sales, Dispatch, Fleet, and/or Management
- 21 years of age and a valid driver's license (required for insurance purposes)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work in our trucks as needed.
- Able to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedly!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software.
- Strong customer service experience.
