Base Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 additional bonus potential

• Own the P&L: Treat this $22M operation like your own. You'll drive profitability through smart strategic planning and aggressive growth initiatives.
• Safety & Fleet Mastery: With a massive fleet on the move, Fleet Safety isn't just a checkbox for you—it's a culture. You'll oversee compliance and risk management to ensure our teams stay safe and our trucks stay on the road.
• Build the Bench: You aren't just managing employees; you're developing the next generation of leaders. You'll mentor, train, and inspire a high-performing frontline crew, turning "junk removal" into a world-class customer experience.
• Operational Excellence: From complex scheduling to logistics optimization and labor planning, you'll fine-tune the engine to ensure we're the fastest, cleanest, and most professional service in Denver.

Qualifications:

• The Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management (Master's degree preferred).
• The Leadership Experience: You have a proven track record in Home Services, Logistics, or Fleet Operations. You've been in the trenches and know how to scale.
• Fleet Expertise: Specific experience in Fleet Safety and Risk Management.
• The Grit: Strong business acumen and a demonstrated ability to inspire teams, drive results, and foster a culture of innovation.
