Role Overview: As a Customer Experience Lead, you'll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job.

• Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
• Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance

No prior junk removal experience required - we train you. Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Pay Range: $11/hr - $25/hr (Total Compensation)

• Base hourly rate
• Tips
• Uncapped profit share & performance incentives
• Overtime

Schedule: Full-time: 4–5 shifts per week

• 1 mandatory weekend shift
• 3–4 weekday shifts
• Shifts run 8–10 hours and typically begin at 7am or 12pm depending on business needs
• Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays 1 weekend day every week
  
  

Company-Wide Standards (Required for All Roles):
DOT Medical Certification

• A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
• We'll set it up and cover the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.
