What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work with a teammate in a branded company truck
- Visit homes and businesses to remove unwanted items
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide friendly service
- Lift and move items 75 lbs safely throughout the day
- Sort items for donation and recycling
- Coordinate with dispatch to keep routes running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- 21 years old with a valid CA driver’s license
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Comfortable with physical labor and staying active
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Happy to Help mindset
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Can work at least one weekend day
- Smartphone capable of downloading multiple apps
- Former experience in warehouse, operations, sales, and customer service are especially well-suited for this role.
