Role Description The Product Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Temecula, CA. This role is responsible for designing and optimizing bollard products, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and collaborating with manufacturing to ensure products meet performance and quality standards. The Product Engineer conducts technical analysis, supports R&D initiatives, and evaluates materials and production methods for cost-effectiveness and durability. Daily activities include working with cross-functional teams, responding to product-related inquiries, resolving engineering issues, and supporting continuous improvement projects. The role also involves communicating technical information clearly to the sales team, vendors, and customers when needed.
Qualifications
