Position: Residential HVAC Installer

The Opportunity
We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean installs, solid craftsmanship, and doing the job right the first time.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead installations, work directly with customers, and be part of a team that values skill, accountability, and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
Install residential HVAC systems (split systems, package units, ductwork, etc.)
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company expectations
Test systems to confirm proper operation and efficiency
Walk customers through system usage and basic maintenance
Coordinate with team members to complete jobs on time
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
What You Bring
2 years of HVAC installation experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and install procedures
Familiarity with tools, materials, and job site best practices
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in the field
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Physically capable of lifting equipment and working in varied conditions
EPA certification is a plus (not required)
