Job Description & Duties
We are looking for a dynamic Graphic Designer to work in a global, competitive environment and would be responsible for –
Roles & Responsibilities
Take ownership of end-to-end design execution across digital interfaces, brand visuals, and communication assets.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Manager and cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to deliver impactful, user-centric designs.
Translate visual ideas into intuitive and engaging UI/UX experiences that enhance customer interaction.
Explore and experiment with fresh concepts, creative storytelling, and design aesthetics.
Leverage AI and emerging design tools like Replit, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, etc., to accelerate creativity and productivity.
Bring a playful, idea-driven mindset—someone who enjoys turning bold visual ideas into meaningful user experiences.
Provide creative support and guidance to junior designers as needed.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Key Skills
Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, usability, and interaction design.
A visual design mindset with excellent skills in layout, color theory, and typography.
A portfolio that reflects both visual innovation and a focus on user experience.
Comfort with AI-assisted design workflows and tools that enhance creativity.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Experience with user research and usability testing.
Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience
Extensive knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma,, Canva etc.
Academic / Other Qualifications required: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
