About Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced client success specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically within intellectual property/Patents, and a strong understanding of the industry's needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base within the Healthcare & Hi-tech domain.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Healthcare & Hi-tech domain companies to facilitate business growth.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the Healthcare & Hi-tech domain, especially in the patent industry.
• Experience in Pitching services such as FTO, Invalidity, Patent Landscapes, Patent infringement, etc.
• Strong knowledge of each of the above patent-related service lines and understanding of client objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
