Job Description:

Autotrade Design Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and motivated Female Telecaller to join our Digital Department. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on online leads, and support the digital marketing team with customer engagement and query handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers generated via online marketing campaigns.
• Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to products and services.
• Explain company services and offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain daily call records and lead follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing and sales teams for lead updates and feedback.
• Provide excellent customer service to build brand trust and loyalty.
• Meet weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal & written communication in English.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling).
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience in Automobile is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
