Full time position, with day time hours only.

We are looking for a cafe supervisor with experience in assisting the running of a busy cafe, overseeing the general day-to-day management of the cafe and its staff, ensuring the best possible customer service is provided to our customers every day.

Working closely with the cafe manager, the successful candidate should have great communication and delegation qualities. Our premise are fast paced but we are customer focused and we want the best service for our patrons.

Position Requirements

• Ensure that the cafe is running smoothly and efficiently
• Ensure customer's expectations are always exceeded
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Experience and skills

• Minimum of 2 year supervisory experience
• Excellent people skills
• A passionate leader, leading by example
• Organised, flexible and improve standards
