Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

We’re seeking a digitally savvy and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our brand presence and community engagement across all online channels. You’ll be a key player in executing digital campaigns, managing content, and supporting performance across paid media and social platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid channels.
• Manage and publish content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Support paid media campaigns including Google Ads and Meta Ads, tracking performance and budget.
• Maintain and update the Sherpa Kids website using a CMS, while ensuring SEO and accessibility best practices.
• Assist with user experience enhancements, participating in A/B testing and behavior analysis using tools like Hotjar.
• Analyze campaign data with Google Analytics and prepare reports on engagement, traffic, and ROI.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and our wider team to support brand-aligned content.

What We’re Looking For

• Hours 9am-5:30pm.
• Hybrid - Office (Dublin 15 )
• Start 1 July 2025
• A passion for digital marketing and a desire to work in a mission-led organisation.
• Basic experience or strong interest in social media strategy, paid media, and email marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO, content planning, and digital content creation.
• Experience with design tools (e.g. Canva), and an understanding of UX principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a strong sense of initiative.
• Reference checks x2 required before starting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €27,000.00 per year
