Operation’s Manager

Red Chair Recruitment are presently looking for an Operations Manager for an installation company based in Tralee, Co. Kerry.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s installation operations. This includes managing the installation teams, coordinating resources, ensuring quality control, managing schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing installation teams, with a particular focus on the window and glazing industry and will be able to lead the team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, ideally within the window installation, glazing, or construction industry.
• Experience in managing installation teams and overseeing operational workflows.
• Strong knowledge of window installation techniques, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance on job sites.
